The Friday Haiku

Thought I'd just quickly mention this before we got on to today's haiku:

I wanted to let everyone know that my email zine, The Friday Haiku, is still publishing new content every week, and we are looking for new haiku poets. As the name implies, the zine publishes haiku poetry every Friday, via email. We have been publishing since February of 2006, and are still going strong. Almost 1,000 total haiku have been published within that time, and we have featured haiku written on every inhabited continent.

If you're interested in subscribing to The Friday Haiku, send an email to friday.haiku@gmail.com to get signed up,. There's only one catch: in order to sign up, you have to write a haiku for inclusion in the zine. We've found that by doing this, we've been able to create a fairly warm, open environment for people to share their poetry with each other.

I look forward to seeing YOUR haiku soon :o)
